Caring for Families:
- Check in and meet with Church Families weekly via in person, email, or phone. We do not text families unless they specifically request after the first in person meeting.
- We want families to feel connected to the church and know that they are supported. 4 of the areas of Ownership (tithing is not public knowledge) is a good gauge of whether they are connecting. Serving, Attending, Classes, and sharing their stories with others in the church.
- Fill out Google sheets with notes from conversations, concerns, etc. that also allows other staff (Scott, Kelly, Dave, Tim, Kids World Director, and Joshua) to review and add notes.
- If a family is in need, work with appropriate person to try and help meet their needs, for example, relief ministries for food or clothing, Miguel for counseling or referrals, etc.
