ASIS CHURCH POLICY
You must be wearing a mask to enter the building. You must wear a mask in all common areas unless you are eating. Even if you have been vaccinated you must still be wearing a mask to enter the building. Do not enter the building or allow anyone in your group to enter the building if they are not wearing a mask or are experiencing any of the following symptoms:
Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus. People with these symptoms may have COVID-19:
- Fever or chills
- Cough
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Fatigue
- Muscle or body aches
- Headache
- New loss of taste or smell
- Sore throat
- Congestion or runny nose
- Nausea or vomiting
- Diarrhea
If someone in your group or business experiences any of the above symptoms while they are here they must leave immediately and inform us by emailing office@asischurch.com
If you or someone in your group is waiting for Covid Test Results the person should not be entering the building.
If you have been exposed to someone that tested positive for Covid you should not enter the building before one of the following:
- After day 10 without testing
- After day 7 after receiving a negative test result (test must occur on day 5 or later) After stopping quarantine, you should
- Watch for symptoms until 14 days after exposure.
- If you have symptoms, immediately self-isolate and contact your local public health authority or healthcare provider.
- Wear a mask, stay at least 6 feet from others, wash your hands, avoid crowds, and take other steps to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
